Worship leader — the weekly two-step

Plan the service — Plan a service → name and date → Add songs → set the key on each row → Choose the team.

Build the rota — Rota → All rotas → set How many of each → Save → Auto-fill → fix by hand → Save.

Then press Tell the team. Saving tells nobody.

• Am I looking at All rotas, not My rota?
• Did I save before auto-filling?
• Does the service have a date?
• Did I press Tell the team, and did it say how many people it told?

Never auto-fill twice — the second one wipes your hand edits.
