Your church needs at least two admins. Only an admin can create an admin, and you cannot promote yourself. If the only one leaves, nobody can add a member or build a rota.
Buttons only you have: the Home management overview and gaps card · Auto-fill, Save and How many of each on the rota · Choose the team on a service · adding and editing members · importing to the church database · Reports · the church name and billing in Settings.
Adding someone: Team → + → name, email, phone, instruments, role → Send invitation. They choose their own password. Until they accept they sit under Invited, with Send again and Take back; an invitation lasts 7 days.
The three tags that aren't instruments: Vocal Lead (may mark vocal parts and band notes) · Projection (gets the console — without it, no Present heading, even though you've paid) · MD.
Name guitars "guitar" — private tab only appears for instruments containing guitar, bass or uke.
