Close your login and remove your details from every church. Your churches keep their songs and services.
Your profile → Your data → Delete my account, at the bottom, on its own.

What goes. Your login, your name, email and phone, your availability, your answers, your place on every future rota and service, your personal songs, your preferences, your two-step setup and backup codes, your notification settings and your calendar link. If you were the only admin of a church, Unison refuses and points you at the Team screen — make someone else an admin first.
What stays, without your name. Your churches keep their own work: their songs (including ones you added to the team), their services and set lists, their play history and timings. A service you led in March still exists; it no longer says who led it. A past rota slot says someone played bass that Sunday. Support tickets are kept for dispute resolution with your name removed. Each church's admins are told you've left.
How to confirm. Type DELETE (capitals don't matter), then tap Delete my account — it changes to Really delete my account? for four seconds, and a second tap does it. Nothing happens until that second tap. Then you see a confirmation page, and Unison is signed out on every device.
How long things take. Live records: at once. Backups: gone within 30 days as they roll over. Billing records, if your church paid and you were its admin: up to 7 years, as the law requires. Security and audit logs: kept while we reasonably need them, with your email and account id scrubbed out.
Needs a connection, and your two-step code if you have one. It cannot be undone — rejoining makes a new person, not the old one.
