We can read your songs, rota and team list to answer a support question. We can't change anything, and every time we look is recorded.
When you raise a support ticket, the Unison team can open a read-only view of your church — the same songs, services and rota you see. It is how a question gets answered without asking you to send screenshots of your Sunday morning.
We cannot change anything. The view is read-only at the database, not just in the app: no edits, no deletions, nothing added. If something needs changing, we tell you how, or ask you to do it.
Every session is recorded — who looked, which church, and when. It's kept in the audit log.
What we can see: your songs and chord charts, your services and set lists, your rota and cover requests, and your team list with names and email addresses.
What we can't see: anyone's password, anyone's personal keys or private tabs, and personal notes. Those are nobody's business but the person's.
If your church would rather we never did this, tell us and we'll answer your tickets without it. It usually means slower answers and more questions back.
